Vicky is a resident of Jackson Heights and a seasoned professional with 32 years of experience in finance, contracting, and procurement, including 7 years in the non-profit sector in New York. She currently serves as the Director of Finance & Operations at the Billion Oyster Project, Inc. Her expertise in operational excellence makes her a valuable member of the Guardians of Flushing Bay board, which she joined in 2022. Vicky is passionate about environmental conservation and is committed to advancing the mission of Guardians of Flushing Bay to protect and advocate for the restoration of the local waterway to benefit the community and future generations.
