Guardians of Flushing Bay is leading a private walking tour for high school students with Queens Botanical Garden, as part of their programming around environmental justice and sustainable agriculture. The tour will trace Flushing Waterways within Flushing Meadows Corona Park and situate students to the history of the land. Students will also learn more about combined sewer overflow, GoFB’s clean water advocacy, and other issues Flushing Waterways faces.
